Diagnose First. Then Make It Work.
A business consulting process built around one commercial decision. We find what’s getting in the way, put a number on the opportunity, then stay close enough to help make the solution work.

Four Principles Guide Every Engagement.
We measure the engagement against the business outcome it’s meant to influence: revenue generated, costs reduced, productivity improved, customers acquired, markets entered. Not the number of meetings held or pages delivered.
Start With the Problem
We first understand the decision you need to make. That means looking at the business, customers, market, numbers and the people doing the work.
Put a Number on the Opportunity
We connect the work to a commercial measure: revenue, margin, cost-to-serve, productivity, conversion, retention or market growth. If we can’t explain how the work should affect the business, we question whether it belongs in the scope.
Build What the Business Can Run
A good recommendation that nobody can implement is not a good recommendation. We design around your people, processes, systems, constraints and economics.
Stay Close to Execution
We don’t hand over a presentation and disappear. Where the engagement calls for it, we work alongside your team through implementation, measurement and improvement.
Five Stages. One Commercial Thread.
Every engagement follows the same basic logic. The scope, pace and depth change with the problem we need to solve.
Step 1: Understand
We establish the decision, objective, business context and success measures.
We review the information that already exists and identify what we still need to know.
Step 2: Diagnose
We test the assumptions.
We analyse the data, processes, customers, commercial performance and market where relevant. We identify the root causes and size the opportunities.
Step 3: Design
We turn the diagnosis into a practical solution.
That might be a growth strategy, market-entry plan, operating model, sales improvement programme, process redesign or AI implementation roadmap.
Step 4: Implement
We help put the solution into operation.
That can include process changes, sales and marketing execution, technology implementation, AI-agent deployment, team enablement and performance management.
Step 5: Improve
We measure what changes and refine the approach.
We identify what’s working and, once the economics make sense, help your team scale what works.
Where Many Engagements Stop, Ours Begins to Matter Most
A strategy only creates value when the business can execute it. We stay alongside your team through implementation and improvement, so the commercial case survives contact with the real business.
Two Ways to Start. Both Designed Around a Decision.
We deliberately start small. A Discovery Engagement gives both sides a clear view of the problem before you commit to a larger project. If there’s a case to proceed, we scope the next stage around the work required and the value at stake.

How We Work: Common Questions
01What does a Discovery Engagement cost?
It’s a fixed fee, agreed before we start and based on the scope of the decision. You know the cost before you commit.
02Is the discovery fee credited against a project?
Yes. If you go ahead with a project, the Discovery Engagement fee is credited against it.
03How long does a typical engagement take?
A Discovery Engagement takes 2–4 weeks. Projects run 2–12+ weeks depending on scope, and improvement continues alongside implementation.
04Do you implement, or just recommend?
Both. Where the engagement calls for it, we work alongside your team through implementation and measure the result against the number agreed at the start.
05Does the same process apply to AI automation?
Yes. We diagnose before we automate. If a process is leaking margin, automating it just leaks faster, so we fix it first.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need from us. Tell us the decision you’re trying to make or the problem you’re trying to solve. We’ll tell you what we’d look at first, what information we’d need, and whether a Discovery Engagement makes sense.
